ETS Connect UK, provider of the UK bond Consolidated Tape (CT), today announces the appointment of its Board of Directors.
The formation of the new Board marks a significant milestone in the development of the UK’s bond consolidated tape, maintaining progress towards the 22 June launch for the service, and underscoring ETS Connect UK’s commitment to independent and transparent governance.
The Board consists of an Independent Chair, three additional independent Non-Executive Directors and three Executive Directors. The Non-Executive Directors have been appointed with a focus on the user community, with the Chair providing regulatory expertise.
